If your flows are not generated after you've finished building your profile, please allow a couple minutes for this to happen - sometimes, the process can take longer depending on your internet connection.
If after this time you're still seeing a blank screen, it's possible that some of your user data was not accepted and you'll need to amend it before you can continue. Please tap the profile icon at the top right corner to check that all your profile information is in the correct format (e.g. your full name is more than one word) and none of the fields are empty. After updating your profile information, tap the "save" button to continue.
If nothing changes, please try relaunching Align (close from recent apps and open again) and if this does not work, please try deleting the app and reinstalling it.
Should the problem remain unresolved, please submit a support ticket with our customer service team, including a screen recording of the issue taking place, so that we can assist you further.
